So, my first ‘Daily Painting’!  As explained on my website, painting regularly and on a small scale helps stop getting ‘bogged down’ trying to finish a larger work and encourages experimentation. The Jar pic is 6 x 6 ins, oil on board. Alright, I broke the ‘rules’ straight away with pic #1 because I did it over two days but having done it in about 3 hrs it still counts! I’m interpreting ‘Daily Painting’ as painting small and often, not slavishly posting a work every day.
