Bodbury seen from New Pool Hollow. That’s looking back down the path to the reservoir.
Reworked the foreground of the Bodbury painting. Much happier with it now. Seem to be doing more of this recently. Things look different a couple of weeks on. Always caught between ‘ I can improve that’ and ‘move on, the next one will be better’!

Stormy day over The Wrekin!
Three prints and one painting just delivered to the Ragleth Gallery in Church Stretton. Hopefully to become Xmas presents!

A small, 6in x 6in, painting from a walk on the Long Mynd.
Fifth layer completed. Just remains to choose the best five and destroy the rest. Traditionally the blocks should be defaced as well so that the edition cannot be ‘extended’ in the future.
Another version of the gnarly old trees on Offas Dyke.
Today is a printing day, finishing the edition of ‘Snow, Cardingmill Valley’ that was selling so well before The Ragleth Gallery went into lockdown.
A quick painting in the garden.

The 18th hole at Church Stretton. Par 3. The tee is at the top of the hill, by the end of the path. Yes, playing over a fence and a public footpath!
Small painting, 9in x 6in, of haymaking somewhere near The Bridges a few years ago.
Haven’t done any charcoal drawing for a long time. Really enjoyed it, especially using a textured board rather than paper.
