Bodbury Ring

A view from the Burway with the reservoir at New Pool Hollow in the foreground and The Wrekin in the distance.
Bodbury with Caradoc in the background. I’ve been a bit over enthusiastic with Caradoc and made it too tall. Probably just remembering how steep it seemed last time I went up!

Made some final alterations to the shadow cast on the path, (very hard to stop fiddling, even after its been signed)! Then spent too much time sanding and staining a frame after deciding that the usual white looked wrong and black looked too sombre. Settled on a matt grey/brown which I think works well and has a natural, rustic, feel.
